Home Sale Calculator

Three simple steps to get an idea of your sale proceeds.

This is an estimate—not a home valuation or a final closing statement.

WHAT ELSE WILL THE TITLE COMPANY CHECK?

Your final closing details.

This calculator is only to give you an idea. Only the title company handling your closing can provide the final closing costs and net proceeds.

The title company will review your contract and verify items such as the exact mortgage payoff, other loans or liens, title and settlement charges, title insurance, deed and recording taxes or fees, property-tax and association prorations, outstanding assessments, agreed buyer credits, and other closing adjustments. These can change the amount you receive.

Optional: include a title-company cost estimate

If you already have an estimate, enter one total for additional seller costs. Do not include the mortgage payoff or commission again. Use a positive amount for net additional deductions; the simplified tool does not separately calculate credits.

Leaving this at $0 does not mean your closing costs are zero. It means they have not been included. This estimate may also exclude preparation, moving, taxes on your gain, or foreign-seller withholding. Ask your title company and tax or legal advisor what applies.

Planning information only; not legal, tax, lending, or financial advice. No registration or financial documents are needed. Do not enter account numbers or other private financial identifiers.
