St. Andrews Country Club is a private residential club community in the western Boca Raton postal area. Its official community information dates its establishment to 1982 and describes 730 single-family homes without separate subdivisions. Custom estates, open landscapes and club activities create its distinctive residential character.

Custom estate homes

St. Andrews homes deserve individual evaluation. Architecture, lot shape, golf or water outlook, orientation, privacy and outdoor living can be as important as interior size. Compare the practical layout, bedroom arrangement, ceiling heights, garage capacity, storage and connections to the pool and terrace.

Renovation quality, permits, roof age, mechanical systems, storm protection and maintenance history help distinguish one estate from another. A recently rebuilt home, an extensively renovated residence and a property ready for a new vision should not be treated as equivalent simply because they share a neighborhood.

Golf and club life

The club’s official golf information describes 36 holes, including an Arnold Palmer Signature Design course and the Championship Course, together with a Golf Performance Center. Golfers should confirm membership terms, current play arrangements, instruction, guest policies and program costs directly with the club.

The community also presents dining, fitness, spa, racquet and aquatic facilities as central to its lifestyle. Tour the amenities that matter to you and review current access, hours, reservations and charges. An attractive facility description does not replace the membership and ownership documents.

Ownership and membership review

Before an offer, obtain the current governing documents, budget, financial statements, insurance details and full schedule of membership costs, dues, assessments and transaction charges. Establish which obligations begin at closing and which privileges accompany the applicable membership.

Ask about pending capital projects, special assessments and current rules for renovation, additions, landscaping, roofs, generators, pools and exterior finishes. Confirm restrictions on leasing, pets, vehicles, guests and construction access. Review included fixtures, furnishings, equipment and smart-home components.

Location and property checks

A Boca Raton postal address does not establish City of Boca Raton jurisdiction. Confirm the parcel’s municipality, taxing districts, utilities, permitting authority and school assignment through official address-level sources.

Obtain inspections and insurance quotes for the individual residence, including appropriate flood-zone and elevation review. Sellers should organize surveys, plans, permits, architectural approvals, warranties, system-service records and renovation invoices to support the home’s presentation.

Selling a St. Andrews estate

A strong valuation connects current relevant sales and competing listings to the actual property. Golf and lake outlooks, privacy, exposure, architecture, renovation scope and condition should be explained clearly. A single neighborhood-wide price per square foot may conceal important differences.

Professional photography should show the home’s proportions and indoor-outdoor living accurately. For remote owners, preparation can be coordinated through a video walkthrough, vendor access, staging decisions, photography approval, showing procedures and regular updates.
